OFFICIAL NOTICE OF
2023 MORGAN CITY MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2023
I, Denise Woods, City Recorder and Election Official, hereby give notice of the Vote by Mail Municipal General Election to be held on Tuesday November 21, 2023. The offices to be voted on are three (3) City Council seats, each with a 4-year term. City Council Candidates are: Tony London, Jeff Wardell, Nicole Reed, and David R. Alexander.
VOTERS: Voters must be citizens of the United States; residents of Morgan City; and 18 years old, or older by the date of the General Election in order to participate.

VOTING:
Registered voters can vote one of the following ways:
- Vote-by Mail Election. All eligible voters will receive a ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day. If returned via mail, ballots must be postmarked or otherwise marked as “received” by the post office on or before Monday, November 20, 2023.
- Mail Ballot by the Friday before the election (November 17, 2023).
- Ballot Drop Box can be found at the Morgan County Courthouse located at 48 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah on or before November 21, 2023 – Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 21, 2023.
- If you need special accommodation with voting, please contact the City Recorder at (801) 829-3461 Ext. 3.
ELECTION AUDIT: A post-election audit will be conducted on November 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Morgan County Courthouse. Anyone desiring to witness the audit may attend.
