Transfer Station Dump

Transfer Station hours and regulations:

WINTER HOURS                      SUMMER HOURS

*Dump cards can be purchased at the Morgan city office or Morgan county building for $10.00. if the dump card is purchased at the transfer station they are $12.00 - bring exact cash or check as they do not have change at the transfer station. 

A dump card limits volume to one (1) pickup load or one (1) small trailer. The transfer station is for resi­dential use only. NO COMMERCIAL WASTE IS ALLOWED!

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:         

- Construction material                               

- Concrete/dirt/sod/rocks/manure                       

- Tires of any size

- Items longer than 10 feet                         

- Liquid waste of any kind                                        

- Dead animals

- Batteries                                                     

- Anything with freon                                                 

- Pesticides/chemicals/medical/hazardous waste         

**GREEN WASTE

Grass clippings and leaves are free to take to the transfer station. ALL other green waste will require a dump pass.  Any trees must be limbed and cannot be longer than 10 feet or 10 inches in diameter. NO STUMPS.                                                                                   

Note: All children must remain in the vehicle for their safety. Please bring enough help to unload quickly as to not delay other residents at the transfer station. Small loose items should be boxed or bagged to transfer quickly.

*LARGE TRUCKS/TRAILERS WILL BE REJECTED AND DIRECTED TO DAVIS LANDFILL AT 1997 E. 3500 N., LAYTON.

*Questionable items/loads may be rejected at the discretion of the Transfer Station Attendant.
