Welcome to Morgan City Planning and Zoning! Whether you are developing a small two lot subdivision, Muli-family project, Neighborhood design or as large as a Commercial Complex, Morgan City requires a Development Review Meeting first!
This gives you, as a developer an opportunity to introduce your project to our group of staff which includes; City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshall, City Utility staff, etc. prior to any application submittal. Developing can be a lengthy process and our goal in requiring a Development Review meeting is to first start a project on the right path.
