Reconnection Fee Policy
Any utility customer who has a delinquent amount on their billing after 30 days will receive a shut-off notice with their utility billing. This notice will allow the customer 10 days to pay the 30-day delinquent billing. Exceptions to this policy may only be granted by the Mayor.
