COMMERCIAL STREET REALIGNMENT - 2022

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Commercial Street Realignment - 2022 project will be received by Morgan City, at the City Offices, 90 West Young Street, Morgan, UT, until 2:00 PM local time on March 3, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  The Project consists of constructing 860 feet of new roadway complete with water, sewer, and storm drain utility lines.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:  Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767.  The contact person is Matt Hartvigsen, matth [at] jonescivil.com.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com.  Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as portable document format (PDF) files.

No pre-bid conference will be held.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
