Sidewalk Snow Removal: Property owners or occupants are required to have the snow removed from sidewalk abutting their property within 24 hours after each snowstorm to provide safe pedestrian walkways. Ordinance 7.04-030(B)(1)
Snow in Streets: Snow removed from sidewalks, driveways, public right of ways, etc. may not be shoveled, blown, plowed, or deposited in any way on City streets except in the areas snow is being deposited by Morgan City. Ordinance 7.04.030(B)(2)
